Instructions: As a Learning Management System (LMS) user, the system will create a user id consisting of the initial of your first name, your complete last name, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. For example, John Smith will be Jsmith1234. In addition, you must use your legal first and last name in the creation of your account. DO NOT register for LMS more than once or attempt to log on using a different name (i.e. nickname, middle name, etc.).Each time you register, you create a new User ID. These ID’s cannot be combined at a later date to provide you with one consolidated record or transcript of your training.
